Isabel Neitzel & Larissa Pliska represented with two poster contributions at the Scientific Conference on the Autism Spectrum

Dr. Isabel Neitzel from the S&K department and Dr. Larissa Pliska, now from the MuB department, will present two poster contributions at the WTAS conference from March 12-14 in Heidelberg . The conference will be held under the motto "AUTISM WEITERDENKEN 2.0! Prevalences, Differences, Diagnoses" and addresses all research topics relating to autism spectrum disorders. There are two contributions from Department 13 with the participation of S&K:

Dr. Isabel Neitzel, Leoni Guska and Larissa Pliska are dedicated to the presentation of a new screening to assess children's linguistic perspective-taking abilities (PÜ) ("Soziale Bilder zur PÜ (SoBiPü)"). This significantly differentiates between boys with and without autism spectrum disorder in terms of (linguistic) PTS.

Larissa Pliska, Ina Zawadka and Dr. Isabel Neitzel present qualitative results on facilitating and inhibiting factors with regard to the inclusion of siblings of children with autism spectrum disorder in autism therapy.

Both contributions are based on ancillary work from the completed BMFTR-funded project IDEAS.
