S&K at the International Conference on Multilingualism in Milan!

From April 28 to 30, 2026, the Bilingualism Matters Symposium (BMS) —an international conference where researchers from around the world exchanged ideas on current topics in multilingualism research.
Prof. Anna-Lena Scherger represented S&K and presented findings from the SPEAK project in a presentation titled “Creating bilingual norms for German children using a LITMUS battery.”
In addition, Lisa Giesselbach presented findings on compound word acquisition from her dissertation project and discussed her research with international colleagues.
We are delighted with the successful academic exchange and the many exciting insights we were able to take back with us from Milan!
